A Space to Think & Feel Together

Please note: since this photo was taken, the greenhouse has been gently tamed, and curtains have been added for privacy.

About me

My approach is relational and integrative, meaning I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and aim to meet each person in a way that feels responsive to their needs. I often work creatively, incorporating part work, body awareness, and, where appropriate, transpersonal approaches that draw on ritual and symbolic meaning.

I see therapy as a co-created process, something we build together, thoughtfully and at your pace.

In addition to my individual practice, I also work as a facilitator with The School of Life, leading group-based events and conversations that explore emotional life, relationships, and meaning.

  • I am currently completing an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy at Metanoia Institute (2023–present).

I also hold a PGCert in Psychodynamic Therapy from The University of Oxford (2021–2022) as well as a Certificate in Integrative Psychotherapy from Regent’s University London (2020).

Alongside my clinical training, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Politics, Philosophy and Law (LLB) from King’s College London (2014–2018), which has shaped the way I think about knowledge, truth, power, and the wider contexts that shape our lives. My background in PPL continues to support a reflective and grounded approach to therapy, bringing together curiosity about ideas with an appreciation of the realities of lived experience.

Alongside my core training, I have undertaken additional courses in Process-Oriented Psychology with the Process Work Institute in Portland and Processwork UK, further informing my interest in working with embodiment and dreams.

I am a student member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and undertake regular clinical supervision with a UKCP-registered supervisor.

  • I have experience working with adults from a range of backgrounds, including those navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, and questions around identity and direction. I also support people exploring the impact of sexual trauma, complex relational experiences, and neurodivergence, particularly ADHD.

  • Fees
My fee ranges from £65–£95 per session, and you’re invited to choose a rate within this range that aligns with your financial circumstances. No explanation is required.

I am committed to making therapy as accessible as possible and hold a limited number of lower-cost spaces. If finances are a barrier, please feel welcome to reach out.
